He began as a qualified medical entrepreneur in the US and has headed various emergency medical departments as chairman in several states. He founded several medical institutions, like Omni Health Management, etc.

Fred Portnoy, the president of
NSquared Technologies, is the co-manager of NSquared Ventures. He has also served as the president and COO at OMNA medical partners and OMNI Home Care. He has been a Senior Audit Manager and a licensed CPA in Florida for over 35 years.

Mark Francis M.D.
Mark Francis, a board-certified emergency physician for 37 years, holds a General Management Certificate from Kellogg Institute, Northwestern University, Chicago, IL. He has also contributed to developing Telemedicine Clinics in the rural environs of Myanmar. After he retired from practice in 2020, he has remained the CMO at NSquared Technologies.
